THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN SPRING FOOTBALL

1) Completed online registration form. 

2) The following documents need to be uploaded using the button below:

     Copy of birth certificate / Proof of School / Current Physical

Documents accepted as proof of school attendance:

--For home schools, please submit the NCDNPE form showing you are registered with the State of North Carolina. Please use the link at the bottom of this page to download a copy of the NCDNPE form if needed.

--For all other schools, please provide the participant's last quarter report card or upcoming class schedule for the 2023 school year. 

3) Paid Registration fee of $100.00. (This fee is non-refundable and goes toward spring football costs only. It will not be applied to the regular season's registration cost).

JV - Ages 13-15 (The athlete cannot turn 16 on or before May 4th to be eligible for JV spring football.

Varsity - Ages 16-18 (The athlete cannot turn 19 on or before May 4th to be eligible to play Varsity spring football).

***NO PAPER COPIES OF ANY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
